Halton Pardee + Partners (HPP), the #1 Sales Team in Los Angeles and the #2 Team in California, was outgrowing some of their custom website's features, ongoing bugs that needed repaired, and a wishlist of new functionalities. It was important to them to work with a company that could manage urgent requests and update their eblast and newsletters, which are integrated into their website.
Code83 worked with HPP's in-house marketing team to organize their ongoing lists so a distinct plan could be put in place to complete their requests. By setting up a system that their in-house team could identify whether tasks were urgent, new projects, ongoing maintenance, etc it helped create a solid plan and manage ongoing requests as new requests emerge. The next step was to perform a website audit to ensure their entire site was examined for any missed improvements and opportunities. This was followed by properly securing their website property investment by onboarding them to our security platform.
Code83 worked with their in-house design team to develop their new responsive newsletter and eblast. We were able to develop it exactly as they desired and even added some functionalities to make creating them easier. Now most of the content is dynamically linked from the website to the newsletters, saving their team a lot of time, so they don't have to manually add text and images.
