Jeff and his team of code whisperers did an incredible job on a complex, five website project for Monterey Apartments. They were patient through the hurdles and always ready with thoughtful suggestions and solutions. We feel very luck to call code83 our strategic partner.
Our design partner, SQFT, designed a gorgeous new website for Monterey Properties. The new website required many custom new features, with a corresponding series of email newsletters and eblasts.
The Code83 team not only expertly delivered a pixel perfect website based on SQFT's design, but after a strategy meeting with Monterey Properties identified additional opportunities to transform their website from a gorgeous brochure into a viable web product. We created a a series of custom features that links each of their buildings' websites into a singular hub so the marketing team can manage listings from once place that dynamically populates all their website properties. Creating this new singular and dynamic hub saves the Monterey Marketing team roughly 14 hours a week.
We were also able to utilize the custom code we created to link all their properties for their email marketing templates. The result is all the property content is populated automatically within their templates, saving the Monterey Marketing team hours of work.
